Golden Eagle's Story

Golden Eagle is an exclusive 13-acre community featuring a magnificent gated entry, video surveillance, and “location, location, location.” Golden Eagle is composed of 34 large lots (13,000 sq. ft. to 37,000 sq. ft.), with the majority around 16,000 sq. ft.  The subdivision is designed for higher end, custom homes with quality finishes. Minimum home size is 2800 sq. ft. Lot financing is available with a qualifying down payment. Community Covenants & Restrictions (CC&Rs) are recorded and enforced to protect property values. The owner lives in a breathtaking zero net energy use, low allergy, low maintenance, 4 bedroom 3 1/2 bath Tuscan style home in the subdivision.

Infrastructure is complete and the finished lots are ready for your custom home. Golden Eagle has extremely low home owner’s association dues ($65/mo). It is well managed. There are no special (Mello Roos) or other bonds on the property.

It was planned and built by the subdivision owner and is for sale, as the owner has designed another incredible home. 

Golden Eagle employs the latest building techniques to ensure lasting beauty. The custom entry is made of solid concrete, not stucco covered Styrofoam that wood peckers can destroy. There are custom architectural features, including wrought iron gates, a 12-foot tall fountain, multi-colored slate and three seven-foot tall ornate cast iron urns. Opening sensing loops for the gates were installed under the asphalt instead of cut into it. Thought to detail is foremost, an extra exiting sensing loop was installed 160 feet from the exit gate to ensure that the gate will be half-open by the time vehicles approach it. Video cameras record entrance and exit activity. There is also video surveillance throughout the community to enhance resident security.

You will find that Golden Eagle’s lot prices are very competitive and include more amenities than comparable large lots. Golden Eagle home sites are priced well under other Stockton custom lots. The competitor’s lots could have high HOA dues and Mello Roos fees which is equivalent to adding $60,000 to their lot price.

LOCATION – Golden Eagle is located ¼ mile south of Eight Mile Road, east of Thornton Road. From Thornton Road go east on A G Spanos Blvd., then south on Ocean Mist. (Spanos Blvd and Ocean Mist have beautiful landscaping and masonry walls lining the way to Golden Eagle’s “hidden entrance”).
