I, Mike King, can highly recommend Golden Eagle

The advantages of living in Golden Eagle are many:

Golden Eagle is well maintained, very secure, peaceful, affordable and durable subdivision. Even the fencing is durable, long lasting, beautiful concrete. The HOA dues are only $64 per month and there are no Mello Roos bonds that increase our property taxes. We don't worry about our children playing in our safe gated community. Our kids can walk to all grade level schools.

In the 5 yrs we have lived in Golden Eagle, we have never worried about theft of property or home burglary. Mr. Ruemmler has built a second to none, beautiful gated entrance with many cameras that digitally record unwanted guests.

Mr. Ruemmler made purchasing the lot and the construction loan in 2007 and 2008 easier by carrying the loans and saved us the process along with some expenses of traditional bank loan procedures.

One of the main advantages of purchasing and building in Golden Eagle compared to purchasing a tract home of equal square footage, was to sit down with an architect, of our choosing, and design a home that fit our family's needs. The 4 car garage, master suite with a steam shower, jetted Jacuzzi tub and sitting area, granite kitchen tops, cherry wood cabinets, and stamped colored concrete that surrounds our beautiful home, were installed with our taste and lifestyle in mind. Our dual panned windows, tankless hot water heater, and extra insulation in the attic, save on our monthly energy costs.

Another major plus to Golden Eagle subdivision is its location. There is shopping within just a few miles and there are two major freeways, I-5 & Hwy 99, within minutes of our location. If you are into outdoor activities such as water skiing, fishing, wake boarding, or simply boating on the California delta, it is just minutes away to launch your boat, as my family often does in the summer months. There are miles of waterways to enjoy. There is also food and live entertainment on the delta. It takes about 10 minutes from our home in Golden Eagle to the boat launch ramp where we start a day of fun on the delta.

During construction, Mr . Ruemmler, with his knowledge and research, made suggestions that we took into consideration and made our home even better.

So, all in all, because of the size of the lots; the ease to build and the location to shopping, schools, and delta access, it made much more sense for us to build a custom home rather than to buy an existing tract home. With the market starting to improve, we are confident we made the correct decision to build here in the safe, quiet, and friendly subdivision of Golden Eagle.
